Russia is successfully preparing OPR rescuers
In accordance with the Order of Russian Government N 1479 dated 22.11.1997 "Considering Certification of Rescue Services, Formations and Rescuers" Makarov Training Centre has organized series of "Special OPR rescuer" courses intended for transport enterprises in Temryuk, Kandalaksha, Archangelsk, Primorsk and Salekhard.
Over 80 specialists from more than 15 organizations have passed the training in the first quarter of 2006, including Leningrad Region Central Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft Ltd, Euro-Trans JSC, Taman subsidiary of FSUE Rosmorport, Specialized Sea Port Vitino Ltd, Maritime League JSC, Sea Port Service JSC, Belomor Tank Farm JSC, Specmornefteport Primorsk Ltd, Irtysh Shipping JSC, Tyumen subsidiary of Promtechbezopasnost Ltd, Rescom-Tyumen Ltd, Omtransneftprodukt JSC, FSU Ob-Irtyshvodput, RITECHNadymneft, RITECH JSC, Sibtrade Ltd, Gazflot Ltd.
Currently Makarov Training Centre is considering variants and tenders for providing the courses in other regions of Russia.
