High Quality Training Confirmed
During the last months Makarov Training Centre has passed through a number of examinations that confirmed high level of training at Makarov Training Centre.
1. Navigational Courses - Radar Observation and Plotting, ARPA, ECDIS, Bridge Team Management, Ship Handling and Maneuvering - were approved till September 2003.
2. Russian Maritime Register of Shipping found ISM Course For Aboard Staff and ISM Code Training for Ashore Personnel to satisfy the requirements of Maritime Administration of Russia.
3. 06.12.2000 the commission of Maritime Administration of Russia approved Tanker Courses. To already existing courses - Familiarization Tanker Course and Specialized Tanker Course new courses were added - Training for Tanker Course Instructors, HAZMAT, LICOS, Training for Tankermen, Use of Gas Detect Equipment
4. 23.11.2000 the commission of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping confirmed that quality system of Makarov Training Centre satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001:94.
5. 05 September, 2001 GMDSS Courses of Makarov Traing Centre were approved by Telenor
6. In October, 2001 the commission of Maritime Administration of Russia approved VTS Training Course.
