The Most Up-to-Date GMDSS SimulatorThe main principle of Makarov Training Centre is the use of up-to-date achievements in training equipment. In this connection the modern version of GMDSS simulator TGS-4000 was installed.
It is the latest development of "Transas Marine" company and it has certificates of approval of Marine Administration of Russia and MCA (UK).
The simulator includes 8 stations for trainees and a work station for the instructor. Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy has significant benefits comparing to the other marine educational institutions for the improvement of the quality of GMDSS specialists training.
